Frequently Asked Questions

No, the full app works offline without an account. Sign-in only adds cloud sync.

Go to iOS Settings > Walky > Location > Always. This is required for background walk tracking.

Open Walky > Settings > Account > Delete Account. All data is permanently removed.

If GPS couldn't acquire a signal indoors, the walk may have zero distance. Make sure location permission is set to "Always".
